Ryan has spent years learning and growing in the restaurant industry as a baker and pastry chef.  Ryan began making pizzas at age 18 and has loved the process ever since.  He wanted to bring the lessons learned as a pizza maker, pastry chef, teacher, and lover of all things baked under one roof, Pizza Grace. His goal is that you will feel his soulful approach to cooking each and every time you visit his restaurant. Pizza Grace was nominated for a 2023 James Beard Award for Best New Restaurant.
